Planter Fasciitis
Plantar fasciitis is a common foot condition that can happen to anyone, but it is more common in people between 40 and 60. It causes a sharp pain in the foot when you put your weight on it, especially in the morning. The pain improves as the day goes on but can come back after rest or at the end of the day. The good news is that it usually gets better independently, but sometimes, it can last for a long time, up to a year or more.
If you suspect you have plantar fasciitis, our healthcare professionals can help you feel better with treatments like orthotics, exercises, and stretches that target your foot’s affected muscles and tendons.
